📌 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as No-Shows, will be subject to the full appointment fee. This fee is not eligible for insurance. Repeated late cancellations or No-Shows may result in restrictions on future appointment bookings. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our practitioners’ time.
